
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Brainypay, we are dedicated to offering secure, effective, and reliable digital payment gateway services to our customers. As a technology platform for services, we do have a categoric and absolute Cancellation and Refund Policy in respect of our digital services.
1. Nature of Services
Brainypay offers digital services, inter alia:
Integration of online payment gateway
Merchant boarding and KYC processing
Access to APIs and SDKs
Support for transaction processing and settlement
Merchant dashboard and analytics solutions
Such services are being offered electronically and activated after successful registration, documentation, and compliance verification.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Merchant Account Cancellation
Merchants are free to cancel the account or suspend services through contact with our support team.
Cancellation should be requested in writing to [Insert Support Email] from the registered email ID.
Pending settlements, dues, or compliance obligations have to be settled before cancellation is taken up.
On cancellation, the merchant dashboard, APIs, and all related services will be disabled.
Note: Cancellation does not necessarily result in a refund except as outlined below in refund policy.



3. Refund Policy
Since our service involves digital activation, software provisioning, and compliance-based procedures, refunds are not issued in most cases after services have commenced or have been activated.
Refunds may, however, be entertained in the following situations:
a. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for one service by virtue of some technical glitch, twice the paid value will be credited in full after internal checking.
b. Failed Service Activation
In the event that Brainypay cannot enable your services because of internal cause within Brainypay or rejection while onboarding (and not due to breach of any conditions by the merchant), a partial or complete refund will be provided based on situations.
c. Unauthorized Charges
In case a charge has been made on your account against your will and has been deemed to be an error on our part, after investigation, the amount will be refunded.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Refunds, if issued, shall be credited via the same method of payment used at the time of the transaction.
The refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, subject to your bank/payment provider.
All refund requests should be done by sending an email to [Insert Support Email] with transaction details, merchant ID, and reason for request.
5. No Refund Scenarios
Refund will not be initiated in the below scenarios:
When services have been canceled post-activation and full usage
When delays that have been caused due to poor documentation or requirement of non-compliance
In case terms of use or service policy have been breached by the merchant
For third-party service charges (e.g., bank fee, partner platform fee)

7. Changes in Policy
Brainypay may modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. The modifications will be posted here with the new effective date. We recommend that you visit this page from time to time.
